A graduate of McGill University and Queen’s University Faculty of Law, Rob joined Oatley Vigmond shortly after his call to the bar in 1997.
As a partner at Oatley Vigmond, Rob is committed to helping clients obtain the compensation they deserve. He finds working on and resolving cases that involve the death of a family member the most gratifying. While compensation can never provide solace to the surviving family members, bringing the case to a successful resolution often provides a sense of justice and closure for family members, who can then go on to begin the healing process.
Rob advocates for seriously injured clients and for families who have lost a loved one due to negligence. He also focuses on accident benefits claims, disability claims and product liability claims.
The best part of practicing personal injury law for Rob is helping people and making a difference in their lives. “I keep all of the Thank You cards I receive from clients over the years. I have a cabinet full of Thank You cards to remind me that the work we do changes lives, for the better.”
When Rob isn’t practicing law, he likes spending time with his family, exercising and cooking.
