Provincial police are investigating after a man's body was found Wednesday morning on the shore of Lake Couchiching in Severn Township.
Shortly after 7 a.m. on April 17, emergency crews were called to the shoreline of Lake Couchiching in the area of Cunningham Crescent, north of Orillia.
A 40-year-old man was found in a canoe partially submerged in the water, according to OPP. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
