Site work is already well underway on this property at the northeast corner of Veterans Drive and Montserrand Street, which will see 35 units of block/cluster townhouses and a five-storey walk-up apartment of 38 units built.
Developer Sean Mason Homes (Veterans Lane) calls this residential project Rainwater.
Veterans Lane, a short connecting road that provided access into the neighbourhood, will be turned into a 'living street', creating a one-way road within the development.
According to city records, this development goes back to 2019 with its neighbourhood meeting and public meeting.
