Barrie police are investigating after “an incident” occurred in the city's north end this afternoon (Sept. 25).
Few details have been released so far by police, other than the incident happened near a pizza shop in the area of St. Vincent Street and Cundles Road East.
Police say they received the call at 12:29 p.m. on Wednesday.
“A male youth was taken into custody and the investigation was continuing at Barrie police headquarters,” police communications co-ordinator Peter Leon told BarrieToday.
More information is expected to be released on Thursday.
