When Ahmad, 14, (left) left Damascus, Syria three years ago, Assad's army was attacking his housing area and 23 people including his family had to cram into a four-person car to get away. Then he worked in Turkey for three years making jeans. He said he would have to work 18 hours days and only get 5 minute breaks. Ahmad's father, Assam Talbiseh (right) is now a driver for the mosque.
