Learning Disabilities Association of York-Simcoe (LDAYS)

Since 1976, the Learning Disabilities Association of York-Simcoe (LDAYS) has been a leading charitable non-profit organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD). Formerly known as the Learning Disabilities Association of York Region (LDAYR), our organization has evolved to address the diverse needs of children, youth, and adults with LDs across York Region and Simcoe County.

LDAYS empowers individuals with LDs through leadership in advocacy, education, research, and innovative services. Learning Disabilities encompass a range of neurological disorders that affect the acquisition, understanding, retention, and organization of information, often impacting essential skills like reading, writing, oral language, and mathematics.
