Bill has been blessed with a huge following at his successful memoir signing appearances running August 2023 to current. There were also appearances on Global News, CTV Morning Live, iHeart with Jann Arden, interviewed by Christopher Ward, Rick Campanelli, CHCH Morning Live, CityTV’s Breakfast Television BT, to MCing The Tragically Hip No Dress Rehearsal documentary premiere release with Q-and-A held at the Isabel Bader Centre for the Performing Arts Kingston to which raised $80,000 dollars for the United Way.

Bill is acting once again inside a full-length feature indie film produced by Jay Middaugh, entitled Still Alive in Kingston which is loosely based on Bill’s life and career.

Welychka is currently knee deep in creating his second edition with a 2025 release.
