The third annual Artisan Market in the Vineyard will take place Saturday, Sept. 18 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
Hosted by Heritage Estate Winery and Cidery, all proceeds will support patient care at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) and the Specialized Seniors Recreation Therapy Program.
The event features delicious food, provided by Krew Catering, an artisan market with vendors from across Simcoe County and live music — all in a physically distanced way. There will also be raffle tables with prizes provided by the vendors.
RVH’s Specialized Seniors Recreation Therapy Program provides education, therapeutic interventions and recreation programming that enables patients with physical, cognitive and emotional difficulty to maintain their skills and knowledge.
Through participation in group and individual programming, patients optimally will maintain or maximize independent function and leisure well-being.
Public health mask guidelines and physical distancing measures will be in effect at the Artisan Market in the Vineyard.
Heritage Estate Winery and Cidery is located at 421 Penetanguishene Rd.
Entry into the Artisan Market is by donation and can be made in advance or at the gate.
