Another full schedule, another full of promise.
The Ontario Hockey League released its 2016/2017 home opener schedule and Colts fans may want to get out the marker and circle their calendars.
The Barrie Colts open the season on the road for two-games.
On Friday, September 23, the Colts will visit the eastern Conference Champion Kingston Frontenacs and will then head to Ottawa to take on the 67s on Sunday, September 25.
The Colts first home game of the campaign will be a big one as Barrie will host the Memorial Cup Champion London Knights on Saturday October 1.
Barrie lost both games last year to the Knights.
