Brookstone Academy is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its beautiful new educational facility that is revolutionizing learning in our community.
The event will be held this Thursday, June 20, 2024 from 5-7 p.m. and we invite all community members, families, local leaders, and media representatives to join us in celebrating this significant milestone.
Brookstone Academy is dedicated to offering a holistic approach to education which fosters academic and personal growth in students from kindergarten through high school.
The grand opening of the new location also marks the launch of additional programs including extended care, tutoring, special interest classes such as STEM and robotics and supportive workshops for parents.
Our innovative approach to education blends several research-based methodologies to create a personalized, relationship-based learning experience for students that includes small group direct instruction and experiential hands-on learning in a collaborative, caring environment.
Students are encouraged to find their strengths, develop confidence in their abilities and hone the critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills essential for success in our rapidly changing world.
Thanks to our low student-to-teacher ratios, we can provide meaningful and relevant programming that addresses the learning needs of our students with precision – whether that be addressing learning gaps, providing enrichment, or supporting the social and emotional concerns that many children are facing today.

Open House: From 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. All are welcome to explore our serene environment inside and out, learn about our innovative programming and meet our wonderful staff.
Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony: Join us at 6pm as we officially open our doors with a ceremonial ribbon-cutting hosted by the Oro-Medonte Chamber of Commerce and his honour, Mayor Randy Greenlaw, along with federal and provincial representatives
Refreshments: Light refreshments will be served.

"This grand reopening marks a major milestone for our school community, which has already made a significant impact on so many families and allowed so many students to love the learning process again!”
Since the launch of Brookstone Academy in September of 2021, the Brookstone community has grown, but has also evolved into a tightly knit, supportive group that resembles more of a big extended family.
Our parents, students and teachers have had an incredible few years experiencing first-hand, the academic gains and sheer joy of learning that grows out of our unique program.
Now, in addition to our full and part-time academic day school programs that inspire a love of learning and foster student success in all types of learners, we are now excited to offer extended care, tutoring, special interest classes, and parent workshops.
This expansion enables us to provide a more comprehensive experience for our students and meet the needs of even more families in our community. Our mission remains unwavering: to educate the mind and the heart while equipping our students with the thinking skills and confidence needed for success in high school and beyond and to nurture the compassion necessary to become the thoughtful leaders our world needs!
