The Downtown Barrie Business Association is pleased to announce that two hours of free on-street parking begins again this year on Dec. 1.
When heading out to do some Christmas shopping, look for the festive tags featured below on meters throughout the downtown.
From Dec. 1-31, the first two hours of parking will be free with the third and subsequent hours subject to the hourly rate.
Municipal lots are not included.
A reminder that on-street parking and municipal parking lots are always free after 5 p.m Monday through Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday.
