MP Alex Nuttall recently paid a visit to Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) to promote the upcoming Hockey Night in Barrie event at the Barrie Molson Centre. The game, which features NHL players, local politicians and celebrities, takes place on Thursday, Aug. 9.

While at RVH, Nuttall paid a visit to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) where he met newborn twins Bryan and Bryce, mom Stephanie Marshall and new big brother Austin, who was treated to complementary tickets for the game.

Over the last decade, the hockey game has raised $2-million for charities including RVH.

Some of the proceeds from Thursday’s event will be used to support a much-needed renovation and equipment purchase for RVH’s NICU.

Tickets to the charity game presented by MP Alex Nuttall, can be purchased online at  www.ticketpro.ca.
