Locals treated to impromptu 'air show' over Barrie today

You weren't imagining that roar from the skies over the city around mid-day Wednesday.

Barrie-area residents were treated to an impromptu 'air show' over Kempenfelt Bay today.

Two RCAF CF-18 Hornets, operating out of 8 Wing Trenton, were conducting routine flying in the region, according to Kened Sadiku, with National Defence media relations, in a statement provided to BarrieToday.
