Olive Oil Co. will be opening a pop-up shop at Georgian Mall in north-end Barrie for the weeks leading up to Christmas.
The company describes itself as "a leading purveyor of premium cold-pressed olive oil and the finest Italian balsamic vinegar."
The temporary store will be open from Nov. 1 to Dec. 26.
"This pop-up store presents an incredible opportunity for Olive Oil Co. to connect with the local community and showcase the incredible range of flavours and culinary possibilities that premium olive oil and balsamic vinegar offer," Olive Oil Co. founder and owner Denise Sindle-Tucker said in a news release.
"We are thrilled to share our passion for high-quality products and to provide an engaging and educational experience for all visitors," she added.
Customers visiting the store will have the chance to sample a variety of olive oils and balsamic vinegars. There will also be an assortment of "artisanal" products, accessories and other gift ideas for everyday cooking.
The store will be located on the lower level near the fireplace and next to Kernels.
The company has locations in Barrie (31 Commerce Park Dr.), Newmarket, Midland and Orillia.
