Nottawasaga OPP charge man with assault with weapon
ANGUS – On Sunday June 19, 2016 at 10:14 pm Nottawasaga OPP were dispatched to an address on Arnold Crescent in Angus Ontario on a report of a possible assault with weapon.
Police spoke with several witnesses and learned that a vehicle confronted a pedestrian near the residence and a male driver exited the car and attempted to stab the male victim with a knife.
Police patrolled area and quickly were able to arrest the accused.
Nottawasaga OPP have charged Ryan Anderson, 23 years old from Angus Ontario. He was held for bail hearing and will appear in Barrie Ontario Court of Justice.
