Police hot on the trail of fire extinguisher mischief suspects

Barrie Police Service has just received video surveillance of two male suspects in a theft and mischief that occurred in July.

On Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 3:15 a.m., two unknown males removed a fire extinguisher from inside the building at 71 Mary Street, in the City of Barrie. 

The males were suspected to be visiting a female resident of the rooming house who has not assisted police in identifying the males to this date. The males were seen expelling the fire extinguisher into the hallway of the house and out in the parking lot. 

They promptly left in a light coloured, 4 door sedan with the fire extinguisher in the their possession.

Description:

  • Male, white, 5’9", 150 lbs, light hair, glasses, 20-25 years old

  • Male, white, 5’6", 140 lbs, dark hair, 20-25 years old
