Premier Kathleen Wynne is in downtown Barrie today to talk about her government's Fair Hydro Plan.
Wynne will hold a media event at 9 a.m. at J’adore Fine Cheese and Chocolate Shop on Dunlop Street East.
Under the Fair Hydro Plan, which was announced about two weeks ago, the average residential electricity bill will see a 17 percent cut by the summer.
