There will be a "rolling" road closure in downtown Barrie on Wednesday (March 8) to make way for the International Women’s Day parade.
The Women & Children’s Shelter of Barrie requires the closure for its event.
The closure will be in place from 4:30 p.m. until 5:30 p.m.
The parade route will go from Collier Street to Clapperton Street, and then Dunlop Street to Mulcaster Street and back to Collier.
Barrie police will also help facilitate the movement of the parade.
