Real Estate Professional magazine is out with its list of Top 200 performing agents in Canada in 2016 and seven Barrie realtors are on it.
The local realtors named in REP's Top 100 small market agents were Peggy Hill, Keller Williams Experience Realty, Dave Treitz, Century 21 BJ Roth Realty, Linda Knight, Keller Williams Experience Realty, Chris Messecar, Exit Realty First North and three realtors from Royal LePage First Contact Realty The Faris Team: Joel Faris, Thomas Faris and Sheila Croney.
The publication's third annual search for Canada's best had a 'mountain of nominees' from across the country, according to REP.
The magazine says it used a combination of MLS data and online survey results to chisel out the REP 200.
"Because of the wide discrepancy in home prices in the agents' different markets, we based inclusion on the number of transactions completed by each rather than overall sales volume," the magazine stated.
