In response to the winter weather and significant snowfall in our area over the weekend, the City of Barrie declared a significant weather event on Jan. 4, 2025.
As of 9 a.m. on Jan. 6, the significant weather event is declared to be over.
Starting now, the standard timeline for road and sidewalk winter maintenance will begin.
