This summer, travel back in time at the Simcoe County Museum.

Join us every Sunday in July and August from 1 to 4 p.m. for the Living in the Past experience — an enjoyable experience that’s fun for the whole family.

Explore the galleries and the grounds as the Simcoe County Museum comes to life. Engage in interactive experiences to learn how things were accomplished in the past. Witness live demonstrations by blacksmiths, discover the art of rope and candle making, and try your hand at early settler crafts like weaving, rug hooking, spinning and embroidery.

This unique opportunity isn’t just entertaining — it’s also an excellent educational experience for people of all ages and backgrounds to gain a better understanding of local history.
