March 22: Understanding Proportional Representation, An Alternative for Canada?

Third Age Barrie is pleased to welcome back our electoral systems guru, Dr. Michael Johns, to make sense of models of proportional representation, the most common electoral system used in the democratic world. He will look at the pros and cons if Canada adopted a proportional representation system.
