On Saturday, March 5, 2016, Jamie David Cook was located and arrested in Newmarket, by the ROPE Squad.
He will be returned to a secure facility where he will serve the remainder of his sentence.

The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant.
On Tuesday, March 1, 2016, the offender fled his approved custodial residence. He was last seen in the downtown Barrie area at 2:30 p.m.
Jamie David Cook is described as;
- 32 yrs., 5’6”
- Medium build, 175 lbs.
- Medium/dark complexion
- Short brown hair, brown eyes
Tattoos:
- Neck -right side - the word “Loyalty”
- Right arm bicep - picture of a gun
- Right hand - the word “Dying”
- Left arm bicep - picture of a gun
- Left forearm - picture of a skull
- Left hand - the word “Breed”
Clothing Descriptors:
- Black jacket
- Blue jeans and white running shoes.
He is serving a 5 years and 7 months sentence for; robbery, armed robbery, forcible confinement, disguise with intent, assault police and kill/injure an animal.
