Three-year-old Kenzie Stronks, a member of The War Amps Child Amputee (CHAMP) Program, and her dad Joshua, made their way to The War Amps Key Tag office on Friday, Jan. 21 to hand in $490 raised by Napoleon Fireplaces.
The local company recently had a 50/50 raffle with its employees and chose to donate the profits to the CHAMP Program.
The donation will provide child amputees, like Kenzie, with financial assistance for artificial limbs and programs that will assist them in living with amputation.
