Youth group makes 'large' donation to Innisfil Food Bank

In the spirit of giving, the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association made a large donation to the Innisfil Food Bank. This is part of a nation-wide initiative by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association which includes donating food to food banks as well as serving meals to those less fortunate.

On Dec. 30, 2024, members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association visited the Innisfil Community Church and donated a cheque of $5,000 to the Innisfil Food Bank. Thousands of pounds of food were also donated to the Innisfil Food Bank.

Several community leaders attended, including the mayor of Innisfil, Lynn Dollin and deputy mayor of Innisfil, Kenneth Fowler.

These types of initiatives by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Association are part of an ongoing effort to serve Canadians and demonstrate the true spirit of Islam.
