The Ontario Hockey League has announced new dates for five games that had to be rescheduled due to a COVID outbreak within the Sudbury Wolves organization.

The league confirmed last week that 12 players within the Sudbury organization had tested positive for the virus following a Nov. 27 game against the Barrie Colts.

On Nov. 30, the OHL said it had suspended all team activities related to the Wolves.

At that time, the league said all players affected were asymptomatic or exhibiting mild symptoms, and that their conditions were being monitored.

All Barrie Colts players and staff were tested following that game and results came back negative, according to the league.

The OHL said today that the Wolves have now been cleared to resume their regular-season schedule on Thursday, Dec. 16 when they travel to Barrie to face the Colts at Sadlon Arena.

The Barrie Colts were scheduled to play Sudbury in a home-and-home match-up on Dec. 3 and 4, but those games were postponed. The Sudbury Wolves also had subsequent games cancelled against the Soo Greyhounds.

All of those games have now been rescheduled:
