The Barrie Colts U11 select atom bring home their third silver of the season. 3 for 3 that is!
Taking part in the Stouffville Year-Ender Bender this past weekend, the local boys came out flying, playing some hard, fast-paced, back-and-forth hockey.
With a 2-1 record in the round-robin, the Colts had a dominating semifinal win, landing them into a blockbuster final with rivals Milton.
Falling short in one of their best games of the season, the Colts took home their third silver of the year.
The coaching staff said they were extremely proud of the team and the journey they went on this season, making for an unbelievable, memorable experience.
Previously this season, the boys won silver at the Peggy Hill Showcase Tournament, the Pickering Spring Thaw Tournament and now the Stouffville Year-End Bender Tournament.
The team includes Teagan Tiffin-Seminara, Nolan McColl, Jacob Forrest, Jack Whipp, Harris Waterman, Everett Braithwaite, RJ Halbych, Luka Jasek, Benjamin Blank, Gavin Brook, Mason Bondy, Cole Fluney, Colton Proc, Brennan Langille, Cameron Cloggie, Ben Ampleford, and Mitchell Bednarczyk, as well as goalies Blake Barter and Cooper Suggit.
The bench staff includes Bill Forrest, Brandon Doherty, Marcello Seminara, Rob Waterman, Christine McColl, and Nicole Forrest, as well as on-ice helper Caleb Tiffin-Seminara.
