Passed away peacefully at Hospice Simcoe with her loving daughters by her side on Friday, September 29th, 2017. Bessie Bone in her 87th year, beloved wife of the late Don Bone. Dear mother of the late Ron (Sharon) Bone, Patricia (John) Morrison, Margaret (Stephen) McCabe and Heather (Peter) Hoenselaar. Cherished grandmother of Scott, Ryan, Jeffrey, David, Emily, Mason, Kyle, Kaitlyn, Bryan and the late Stephen and great grandmother of 11. Bessie is also survived by her sister Noreen (Jim) Ney and sisters in-law Marie Caldwell, Donna Caldwell and Lucille Emms. Predeceased by her brothers George, Jack and Alex Caldwell and also her sister Mary Gethons. Bessie’s quick wit will also be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Sunday, October 1, 2017 from 1 p.m. until time of Funeral Service in the Chapel at 3 o’clock. A private family interment will take place in Thornton Union Cemetery. Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe would be appreciated by the family.
