(July 19, 1932 - December 3, 2019) - It is with great sadness that the family of Bob Broley, announces his peaceful passing surrounded by his loving wife and children at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, Barrie on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at the age of 87. Bob is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Berna (nee Stacey). Proud and loving father of Donna (Mike), Amy (Nicky), Karen, and Rob (Nadia). A very special Poppa to Faith, Wesley, Grant, Michael, Collins, Kinley, and Jade. Dear brother of Merv Broley, Mary McLean, and Frank Broley. Dearest friend and brother-in-law to Una Henson. Bob will be sadly missed and remembered by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends that he loved and enjoyed. Family and friends will be received at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, (445 St. Vincent St. Barrie) on Friday from 7 – 9 p.m. and again on Saturday, December 7, 2019 from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. with Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11 o’clock a.m. Spring Interment Ivy Presbyterian Cemetery. Thanks to Dr. T. Mills and Julie for all the phone calls, visits and care you have given Dad. Special thanks to the staff on the Respiratory Unit at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre, especially the following individuals that went over and beyond with Dad, Syl, Marc, Dale, Amber and Maggie, making his transition peaceful and serene. To Dr. Rick Irvin, without you by our side during this journey we do not know how we would have made it through.
