Suddenly at his home on August 17, 2024, Thomas Michael Chapman passed away at the age of 52.
Tom will be lovingly remembered and is survived by his parents Tom and Joy; wife Jordana Bennett; children Cole and Logan, Max and Sofie; brother Dan (Chloe); nieces, nephew and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Tom will also be missed by his fellow associates at Honda Canada.
Born in Oshawa, Ontario, Tom filled his early years with sports including baseball, hockey, lacrosse and football. He was a hardcore New York Giants fan. He loved creating with wood in his workshop, fishing and roaming in the woods in Tiny Township. A fierce animal lover, he could never leave a stray behind or have enough four legged friends at home.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 from 12-3pm at The Wolf's Den, 7560 8th Line, Utopia, Ontario L0M 1T0. Those who knew Tom and his family are invited to attend and share a memory, have a bite to eat and if you wish, try out some of Tom's favourite activities. Please wear Tom's favourite colours if you have them: orange, camo or orange camo. Please note this is an outdoor venue so please dress for the weather and bring a camp chair as seating may be limited.
