FLYNN, Patrick 'Pat' Joseph

Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday February 19th, 2017. Pat Flynn in his 85th year beloved husband of Verna Flynn (nee Shannon). Loving father of Christina Flynn (Ben Ward), Angela (Patrick) O’Brien and Herb (Shannon) Flynn. Devoted grandfather of Joseph Flynn, Dillon O’Brien (Samantha Stewart), Shannon O’Brien (Stuart Giffen), Shona Christie, Connor Flynn and Keegan Flynn. Pat is also survived by his brother Frank Flynn. Predeceased by his brothers John Flynn and Edward Flynn and his sister Maura Flynn Friends may call at ADAMS FUNERAL HOME, 445 St. Vincent St. Barrie (just north of Cundles Rd.) on Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. Parish prayers will be held at 8:45 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, 65 Amelia Street, Barrie on Thursday, February 23rd, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery, Barrie.
