HARRIS, Gordon Arthur

Went to be with his Lord & Saviour on January 16th, 2017. Gord Harris in his 74th year was the beloved husband of Ardis. Loving father of Trudi Harris of Barrie, Tabetha Wood (Charles) of Barrie, Tanya Harris of Barrie, David (Erin) of China and step-father of Carmen Orr (Tim) of Midhurst, Danielle Mackley (Sandy) of Nova Scotia and Yvan Lamarche (Tonia) of Mattawa. Dear grandfather of 16. Survived by his sisters Diane Britton (George), Carol Campbell, Debbie Hinds, Annemarie Zuefelt (Mitch) and Sharon Tackaberry. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the First Baptist Church (550 Grove Street East, Barrie) on Friday from 7:00-9:00p.m and on Saturday, January 21st, 2017 from 12:00noon until the time of memorial service at 1:00p.m..  In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice Simcoe or to the Canadian Cancer Society through the JENNETT FUNERAL & CREMATION CENTRE, 152 Bradford Street in Barrie.
