Wendy Kate Krever of Anten Mills passed away on Tuesday, July 9th, 2024, in her 67th year.
Beloved wife of William (Bill) Krever, mother of Natalie Coyle, and grandmother (Nan Nan) to Sienna Sylvester, her most cherished role. Wendy had a great love for and connection to her family. She is survived by her sister, Michel Jones (Stephen Thursby), and is predeceased by her mother, Edith Jones (née Haig), her father, Roy Jones and her brother, Ian Jones. She is also survived by brother-in-law, John Krever, sister-in-law, Melody Krever, father-in-law, Arnold Krever, and nephews Stuart Thursby, Jeffrey Krever and Brandon Krever. Wendy also had many cherished friends including Martha Wilson, Tracy Gnovachko, Louise Minuloff, Margaret Godson, Nancy Johnson, Terri Forbes and Michelle Durham.
Wendy enjoyed a long and rewarding career in recreation programming for seniors including more than twenty years as the Program Manager at the Hillsview Active Living Centre in Acton. Her passion for the members of the Hillsview Active Living Centre was one of her great joys in life. Wendy also enjoyed a great love for horses from an early age and, in particular, a very special horse named Marty.
A Celebration of Life will be held in September for family and friends. The family requests that those who wish to express sympathy consider making a donation to the RVH Foundation.
