Paul Emile Landry, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2024, surrounded by his loving family after a valiant battle with cancer.
Son of Jean and the late Leonard (Len) Landry. He will be fondly remembered and missed by his sister Anne (Doug), and his brothers - David (Monique), Robert (Carolyn) and Leo (Alison). Beloved uncle to Tyler, (Melissa), Natasha (Matt), Melissa (Ryan), Megan, Nicholas (Laurianne), Bobby and Renee, and great uncle to Hudson, Ella, Eve, Layne, and Forrest.
A graduate of the Masters in Health Administration from the University of Toronto in 1989, he was very grateful to have had an accomplished career in the field of planning, design and development of new mega hospital projects, including: the Peter Munk Cardiac Centre, the North Bay Regional Health Centre, the University of Montreal Health Centre, the new St. Paul’s Hospital in Vancouver, the Weeneebayko Regional Health Centre (Moosonee), the Windsor Regional Centre, and most recently the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in Barrie.
He had a deep interest in art, architecture and healing design, and passionate about building high performance project teams. He was an avid golfer, outdoor enthusiast and skier.
His ashes have been laid to rest in a columbarium at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery in North Bay and he has gone to join his father on their next fishing adventure.
