Peacefully at Victoria Village Manor Barrie, ON, Annette Manning (Nee Krutiak) passed away on November 20, 2024, in her 97th year. Annette was the loving wife of Allan Manning (pre deceased 2014).
Annette had a successful career with Borden Chemical Co (Toronto ON) for several years. Upon retirement Annette and Allan moved to the quiet village of Midhurst, ON, to their new home where she resided until 2016. Annette enjoyed cooking and baking her famous Ukrainian dishes for Allan.
Annette will be missed by family and friends.
Thank you to the wonderful caregivers and staff at Victoria Village Manor on the 3rd and 4th floors who made Annette feel like one of their loved ones.
A Catholic Funeral Service will be held in the Adams Funeral Home chapel (445 St Vincent Street Barrie) on Monday, November 25, 2024, beginning at 10 am, followed by internment at St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery (208 Sunnidale Road Barrie).
In Annette’s memory donations may be made to Victoria Village Manor.
