It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James Reynolds. Jim passed peacefully with his wife Jean by his side on October 16th, 2024 at the age of 79. Jim was predeceased by his son Jeff (Jessica) and will be greatly missed by his son Shane (Shannon), as well as his sisters Judy (Ross) and Fran (Murray).
“Pa” was adored by his grandchildren Devon, Emma, and Raechel. He lived for their visits and was always up for an adventure to the park, drives in the car, or a game of pool.
Jim will be remembered for his love of music and baseball. He owned a vast collection of music and spent many hours with his headphones on, playing word and card games, and sending jokes on his iPad. An avid baseball fan, he played baseball as a young adult before going on to coach with Barrie Minor Baseball Association when Shane played.
As per Jim’s wishes, cremation has taken place, followed by a private family interment.
