It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Bradley (Brad) Gene Searl on Friday, September 20th, 2024, at 53 years old. Loving husband to Shelly, devoted father to Darian (Tyson DesRoches) and a wonderful grandfather to Atlas.
Brad was born on May 21st, 1971 to Alden and Jean Searl, and grew up in and around the Simcoe County area, specifically Waverly, Ontario.
Brad was the youngest of the family, and will be happily remembered by his brothers Stephen Searl (Kathy Earle) and Stuart Searl (Lillian). Uncle to Nickolas, Cody Dunn (Taryn), Chris Searl (Kayla Drew) and Daniel Searl (Kayla Bickerton). For the past 15 years, Brianne Woodall (Korey), Jordan Martin (Rebecca) and Zachary Martin (Morgan Wright) have been a part of his family as niece and nephews as well. Brad is also survived by many grand nieces and nephews.
Brad will be remembered for his ability to light up a room with his presence alone, along with his musical talent. His greatest joy in most recent years was experimenting in the kitchen and cooking for his true love Shelly, as well as spending time with his first grandchild, Atlas; who changed his life and made his final days happy and fulfilling.
