Passed away at the Providence Care Hospital Kingston after a brief illness on Monday October 7, 2024 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of 44 years to Karen (née Rawlison). Much loved father of Len Shearer and Holly Packard (Shane). Cherished grandfather of Landon, Lawrence, Lexi, Sadie and Lily. Dear brother of Barbara Ivany (Ron), Bev Shearer (Hazel), Murray Shearer (Sue) and Margaret Sutton (Bill). Loving son in law of Lorraine Gravelle and the late Reg Gravelle. Predeceased by his parents Omar and June Shearer. Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service in the Chapel of the Tompkins Funeral Home on Saturday October 26 at 12:00 pm.
