Samantha Williams passed away peacefully at Royal Victoria Hospital on August 11, 2024, at the age of 74 surrounded by family at her bedside.
Samantha was born and raised in Laurenceton, Newfoundland on February 6, 1950. She then eventually moved to Ontario at the age of 17 where she worked in many different fields over the years, including factory work, construction, farming, and even had her own chip wagon for a while. Her last place of work was at Grand Harbour Condominium in Barrie, not only did she love this job, but she also made many good friends who she cherished.
Samantha leaves behind her siblings, Mandy, Rachel, Stan and Edgar. She also leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her parents Frederick and Sophia Sceviour.
She will be fondly remembered by friends and family who will miss her dearly.
A Celebration of Life will take place on Sunday, September 1, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Grand Harbour Condominium (2 Toronto St, Barrie, ON).
