On July 6, 2024 Isabel (Isy) Zurego passed away at the age of 55 years after a long courageous battle with Glioblastoma brain cancer. She was surrounded with her loving family by her side.
She will be remembered by her loving husband of 23 years, John who was by her side throughout her journey, parents, Maria and Mario Zurego (Setubal, Portugal) son Brenden (Kassandra), Step- son Travis (Natalie), brother Mario Jr (April) sister Carla, nephews Joshua and Jacob. Her grandchildren whom she adored Danilo, Tigherarnaigh and Laoghaire as well as numerous relatives and friends. Isabel will also be missed by her co-workers and clients at Sotheby’s International Canada.
A visitation will take place at Adams Funeral Home (445 St. Vincent St., Barrie) on Thursday, July 11, 2024 from 2 to 9pm followed by a Funeral Mass the next day on Friday, July 12, 2024 at 11am at St. John Vianney Parish (13 Baldwin Lane, Barrie).
We would like to thank Hospice Simcoe for taking such wonderful, loving care of Isabel in her final weeks.
