ESSA TWP. – Members of the Nottawasaga Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are investigating the theft of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) and are seeking the public's assistance in identifying the person(s) responsible.  

On Saturday, April 25, 2020, officers responded to a theft of an ATV on Browns Line in Essa Township. It is believed the ATV was stolen from the owner's garage sometime in the days leading to police being contacted.  

The ATV is described as a black 2011 Polaris Sportsman 850. 

Property crimes such as these impact our community as a whole. Investigators are appealing to the public for any information related to this incident or anyone who resides near the building that may have surveillance or video footage of the suspect(s) or vehicle(s).
