Update: All southbound lanes reopened at Innisfil Beach Road around 2:15 p.m., Monday.
Provincial police have confirmed a 63-year-old Barrie man was killed in this morning's crash on Highway 400 in Innisfil.
Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to the scene, in the southbound lanes near Innisfil Beach Road, shortly before 8:30 a.m., Sept. 25.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt said the victim's southbound vehicle had broken down in the right lane of a construction zone, south of Innisfil Beach Road. The driver stopped at the scene and blocked the lane, he added.
Schmidt says the driver exited his vehicle, but was struck by a pickup truck as he was getting back in. The pick-up truck was also pulling a trailer, the sergeant said.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.
A passenger in the victim's vehicle was not injured, Schmidt said. Two people in the pickup truck were also uninjured.
The investigation is ongoing and traffic was being forced off the highway at Innisfil Beach Road.
Schmidt said he expected all lanes to reopen around 2 p.m.
Northbound lanes were not affected by this morning's fatal crash.
