A woman has been charged with impaired driving after a Barrie police vehicle was rear-ended this morning.
Just after 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, city police say the cruiser was parked on Ferndale Drive, just south of Ardagh Road, when it was struck from behind by another vehicle.
Police arrested the driver at the scene for impaired driving.
Barrie police communications co-ordinator Peter Leon said he did not believe there were any injuries.
The age and hometown of the accused were unavailable at time of publication.
