On Thursday, Dec. 19, 2019, the unidentified male entered the LCBO located at 55 Mary St. at approximately 6:45 p.m. He decided to satisfy his sugar craving and his alcohol craving with a bottle of Butter Ripple liquor.
Unfortunately, [it is alleged that] he concealed the bottle in his clothing and left the store without making any attempts to pay.
The suspect is described as:
- Male, black
- Medium build
- Wearing a black jacket, a black toque with grey fur-trimmed ear flaps and brim, grey sweat pants and brown boots
