OPP appeal for help to locate stolen bear carvings

Carvings were removed from Honey Harbour Road home lawn sometime over the past two weeks

GEORGIAN BAY, TOWNSHIP, ON. - Members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were dispatched in the morning of Apr 12, 2018 to a theft report of a several hand made bear carvings valued at over $3,200. 

These carvings were unlawfully removed from the front lawn of a home on Honey Harbour Road, Georgian Bay Township between 3 p.m. March 28 and 10 a.m. April 12, 2018.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact the OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can submit your information online or if you have any information on this crime or any other crime. Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display and you will remain anonymous. Being anonymous, you will not testify in court and your information may lead to a cash reward of up to $2,000.
