Barrie police are investigating after emergency crews were called to a crash scene involving a truck and a mobility scooter on Yonge Street on Wednesday afternoon.
A man riding a scooter collided with a pickup truck while crossing Yonge Street, south of Big Bay Point Road, just before 3:30 p.m.
Barrie police communications co-ordinator Peter Leon told BarrieToday there are no details on the extent of the man’s injuries or the cause of the crash yet, as police are still investigating.
