Police have released the names of a Midland homicide victim and the man accused of killing her.
Police attended a residence on Seventh Street shortly before 1 p.m. Monday and found a woman dead. Another person was taken to hospital for medical attention. He has since been arrested and charged.
The deceased has been identified as Julia Brady, 23, of Midland.
Justus Chester, 26, of Midland, has been charged with second-degree murder. He remains in custody and is set to appear in court in Midland on Monday.
