A new home being built in a Bradford subdivision was ravaged by a fire late last night.
Bradford Fire and Emergency Services along with the South Simcoe Police Service and paramedics were called overnight to a structure fire on Rowe Street in Bond Head.
They were called to the scene around midnight and found a nearly-completed home on fire. This is not the first time a fire has occurred in this subdivision.
New Tecumseth Fire also assisted in fighting the blaze.
The fire, which was suspicious, was extinguished and police are investigating what sparked the fire.
