Mortgage Wellness, the firm helping families live better by providing a variety of home ownerships solutions, has moved.
In fact, Mortgage Wellness has gone from one historic location to another. Nick L’Ecuyer, Principal Broker, explains.
“For 10 years, Mortgage Wellness was a well-known fixture on Worsley Street in Barrie. Our office was in a real landmark – an old, converted church. From here, our team of 40 helped hundreds of clients find their ideal home or get on the property ladder.”
But times change – sometimes quickly.
“When the pandemic struck,” L’Ecuyer continues, “our team switched to working remotely. We sold the building and evolved our customer service into a new strategy. This strategy is called community offices.”
The community offices operate out of smaller locations in high traffic communities where Mortgage Wellness clients live. The newest community offices location is in Orillia.
Street’s Flower Shop on Coldwater Road in Orillia is another historic landmark. In operation for 125 years, this location was a staple for anyone in the area in need of unique floral arrangements and gifts. After many years of service, the current owners decided to close the storefront and transition to a freelance model. They sold the building to… Mortgage Wellness.
“From the converted church to the previous Street’s Flowers location, Mortgage Wellness knows and appreciates the value of a unique location,” smiles L’Ecuyer. “We are committed to helping our clients find their own unique homes as well, and we are thrilled to have a presence in Orillia.
