Spa Lumina was founded by Dr. Sohail Gandhi in February 2005. Dr. Gandhi has practiced family medicine in the Georgian Triangle Area since 1992. Having majored in biochemistry and physics, he was always intrigued with cellular renewal and laser processes. He decided to combine his passion with a growing market for non-invasive facial procedures by opening Spa Lumina.

This attention to detail includes staffing. Each team member shares the values of Spa Lumina. The team is long-term; some have been with Spa Lumina since the doors opened. The medical laser technicians, Christine, Renee, Allisha, and Teresa, have 30 years of combined experience. Founder Dr. Gandhi has over 25 years of experience, and, as a top cosmetic injector in Simcoe County, is often sought out to share his knowledge and experience at conferences and medical seminars.
